Who I Am – And Why I’m Here to Challenge Your Thinking
I’m Henrik Larsson Broman – a Swedish researcher, strategist, and keynote speaker dedicated to helping commercial leaders future-proof their organizations. I’m also the founder of Trendbracer.
The name Trendbracer reflects the mindset I bring to every stage and boardroom: “Trend” signals direction and forward momentum. “Brace” is short for embrace. A TrendBracer is someone who passionately embraces change and constantly seeks opportunities in our fast-moving world.
For the past 25 years, I’ve delivered more than 1,400 lectures and studied B2B sales transformation, buying behavior, leadership, and the megatrends shaping our business landscape. My passion lies in decoding complexity and delivering insights that spark action.
Through Trendbracer, I challenge conventional thinking, blend data with storytelling, and inspire leaders to navigate uncertainty and the forces shaping tomorrow.
